Sunday, February 3rd, 3:00 pm Join the Friends of RCPL in welcoming author John Holman for a book discussion and signing as we kick off the Southern Writers Series. Wednesday, February 20, 6:00 pm Join us for our 2nd Lunch & Listen concert with soprano, Monica Mattier. Mattier received a Bachelor of Music, Voice Performance from the Manhattan School of Music in New York. She has taught, conducted and performed throughout the United States for more than 25 years and has been an active member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing for more than a decade. Two of Mattier's most notable choral performances include the First Inaugural Celebration of Bill Clinton and the Funeral of the Hon. Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall.
