Or you may read about 7 women (personal blogs and videos) who have taken the 12-week Choose to Move Challenge for a healthier lifestyle. Choose To Move is the American Heart Association's free 12-week physical activity program for women. The program shows women how to Choose To Move by being physically active, love their bodies, select and eat nutritious foods, and take time for themselves.
