The price of a dozen roses is pretty high this time of year. Why not learn to grow your own? Join the Richland County Master Gardeners at the Main Library for a program on rose cultivation on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. RCPL also has plenty of books on roses to get you on your way to a beautiful bouquet.
