Declaration for the Right to Literacy Scroll Arrives at RCPL Join the fight against illiteracy. Add your name to the Declaration for the Right to Literacy Scroll, which will visit several locations across South Carolina through August 6. The scroll will be at the Richland County Public Library, located at 1431 Assembly St. in downtown Columbia, from 3:30 until 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 4.

RCPL To Forgive and Forget Fines During Amnesty Week Do you have outstanding fines or fees at the Richland County Public Library? In an effort to welcome back customers who have overdue materials and fines, RCPL will host Forgive and Forget, a fine Amnesty Week, August 22-28.
